On the request of officials of Shree
Siddhivinayak Ganapati Temple Trust, Prabhadevi, Mumbai, Disaster Management
Volunteers (DMVs) of Aniruddha’s Academy of Disaster Management offered
assistance to the Trust’s officials and Police authorities in controlling
crowd , on the auspicious day of Angarika.
On this occasion a large number of
devotees had turned up to offer prayers to Shree Siddhivinayak.
A total of 950 disaster management volunteers
participated in offering assistance to the police and the Temple Trust, to
manage the huge flow of devotees . Keeping in mind the very early
hour of Darshan on this Angarika day, the DMVs were present since the
night of Monday, the 21st itself.
The devotees, the Trustees of the Temple and the
Police appreciated the services of the DMVs and the professional manner in
which the DMVs conducted themselves.
